Transform spills into sweet dreams with The Journey of the Spilt Milk. This imaginative bedtime story starts with relaxing stretches and a gentle body scan, preparing your child for a whimsical adventure. What begins as a breakfast mishap – a spilled cup of milk – quickly turns into a captivating journey. Your child will imagine themselves as the milk, swirling down the drain, flowing through pipes, joining a river, and finally reaching the vast, peaceful sea. They'll then float upwards as mist to form a fluffy cloud , drift with the cool wind, fall as gentle rain onto grass , and even be absorbed by a blade of grass. The ultimate twist? They become part of the creamy milk inside a cow, eventually making their way back to a milk bottle and finally, that same breakfast cup. This calming narrative helps children feel connected to the world around them and gently guides them to a peaceful, well-deserved sleep.
NB: You are purchasing a downloadable pdf story, ideal for printing and collecting or reading aloud straight from your device (handy for reading in a dark room)!

Sorry to hear you and your little one(s) weren't a fan of The Magic Race Car meditation Ashleigh. If you send an email to info@medtimebedtime.com with your order number I'd be happy to refund your purchase.

We couldn’t wait for the Christmas medtime story and may have read it early 😄 Another engaging, imaginative and calming miracle worker. My girls (8 + 5) had a very hyped evening before reading this story so I was prepared for resistance. Not the case, both were fast asleep by the end so it will still feel magic and exciting to read it on Christmas Eve.
