Our 7-Night Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in the power of our bedtime meditation stories. If you have tried your purchased story for at least 7 consecutive nights and have followed all instructions on the How to Read page, and you are not satisfied with the results, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Refund claims must be submitted no sooner than 8 days and no later than 30 days from your original date of purchase.

Claiming a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of your experience. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of MedTime, based on compliance with the terms of this policy.
