Roll up your sleeves for The Bedtime Bakery, a deliciously sweet story designed to bake away bedtime worries and whisk your child into a peaceful sleep. This imaginative tale begins with gentle body relaxation exercises and unique "foggy mirror" breaths to prepare them for a special baking adventure. Your child will become the ingredients themselves, feeling the lovely warmth of melted butter spreading through their body, the delightful sparkle of sugar crystals, and the silky smoothness of flour. As they help mix the dreamiest cupcakes, they'll feel calm, warm, and relaxed, just like the cupcakes rising in the oven. The gentle warmth, sweet scents, and final touch of creamy icing create a comforting and loving atmosphere, gently wrapping around your little baker and guiding them into the sweetest dreams.
NB: You are purchasing a downloadable pdf story, ideal for printing and collecting or reading aloud straight from your device (handy for reading in a dark room)!

Sorry to hear you and your little one(s) weren't a fan of The Magic Race Car meditation Ashleigh. If you send an email to info@medtimebedtime.com with your order number I'd be happy to refund your purchase.

We couldn’t wait for the Christmas medtime story and may have read it early 😄 Another engaging, imaginative and calming miracle worker. My girls (8 + 5) had a very hyped evening before reading this story so I was prepared for resistance. Not the case, both were fast asleep by the end so it will still feel magic and exciting to read it on Christmas Eve.
